Position: Registered Nurse - Medical Step-Down

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in Medical Step-Down care to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care or step-down nursing.

Shift Availability

Days: 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM
Nights: 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to patients requiring Medical Step-Down level of care.
Monitor patient conditions and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Mandatory Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of critical care or step-down nursing experience.
Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the AHA.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Certification in Nursing or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association.
At least 2 years of critical care or step-down nursing experience.

Required Licenses/Certifications Prior to Start

Registered Nurse (RN) License
BLS Certification from AHA
ACLS Certification from AHA
