Growing manufacturing operation seeking a hands-on quality professional ready to take the next step into quality leadership. This position will lead day-to-day quality activities in a high-volume production environment while driving continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, supplier quality, and compliance with established quality systems

Ideal Background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO-based quality systems, CAPA, 8D, 5 Whys, and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with a desire to advance into a Quality Manager role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of quality issues using root cause and corrective action methodologies.
• Support production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Manage internal audits, customer quality requirements, and quality documentation.
• Supervise quality inspectors and technicians while developing team capability.
• Monitor quality metrics and implement process improvements to support growth.
• Drive supplier quality initiatives and participate in customer-facing quality activities.
