LC Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis reviews and case notes as per company policy. Maintain a caseload of 15 client sessions per week. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fill gaps in the community. Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve goals. Coordinate services with case managers, families, workplaces, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings. Apply other duties as necessary to support client care and organizational goals. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in social work or a related behavioral science field from an accredited college or university. Licensed mental health professional in the state of Maryland. Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. Preferred Qualifications Creative and innovative approach to mental health. Experience with children, adolescents, and teens. Experience with couples and families. Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing. Compensation $80,000.00 - $103,000.00 per year, with an hourly pay structure plus commission on claims and measurable bonuses. Location & Contact Montgomery County, Maryland.
