Shift: All shifts available, typically 8- or 12-hour options
Hours/Week: Varies based on assignment

Licenses/Certifications: Valid LPN/LVN license in NH
Experience: Previous LTC or long-term care experience preferred

What You'll Do
- Monitor residents' mental and physical well-being, reporting changes to supervisors
- Accurately transcribe and execute physician's orders
- Administer medications and treatments following facility protocols
- Supervise and assist nursing assistants in resident care
- Assist with resident admissions, discharges, transfers, and documentation
- Perform wound care, administer oxygen, and manage feeding tubes as needed
- Coordinate with physicians and families to ensure proper communication
- Uphold infection control practices and maintain a hazard-free environment
- Follow all regulatory guidelines for medication storage and documentation
- Support staff orientation and ongoing training efforts
What You Need
- Valid LPN or LVN license in NH
- Previous long-term care or LTC experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and follow protocols
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to unit needs
