Overview This is a unique opportunity for an experienced videographer/producer to oversee a one-time interactive live-streaming event in New York City. The role involves managing the full production of a live "date" session, scheduled for Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm. The session will be structured into 1 minute 30 second segments, each concluding with a live public vote, requiring seamless coordination and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in live streaming, event videography, and interactive audience engagement, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both participants and viewers. Responsibilities Set up and manage all technical aspects of the live stream, including audio, video, and lighting. Operate and monitor the live stream using platforms such as OBS, Streamlabs, or vMix. Facilitate interactive viewer engagement, including managing live chat and coordinating public voting segments. Provide high-quality recordings of the session and basic engagement metrics post-event. Ensure a professional, sensitive approach throughout the event, maintaining a positive experience for all involved. Requirements Proven experience in live streaming and event videography, preferably with interactive formats. Proficiency with live streaming software (OBS, Streamlabs, vMix) and major platforms (Twitch, YouTube Live, Vimeo). Ability to manage live audio/video feeds and troubleshoot technical issues in real time. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate live audience participation.
