Salesforce Business Analyst
Must have total of 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce and 4+ years as a BA. Responsibilities include leading requirements gathering sessions, performing gap analysis, creating requirements definition documentation, identifying and resolving problems, negotiating with vendors, and assisting in ROI and financial analyses. Basic qualifications include exceptional communication skills, client handling skills, ability to deliver business-oriented solutions, and thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle. Additional experience with MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and knowledge of third-party packages is required. Undergraduate degree in technology or business is a plus. Knowledge of legal applications, Salesforce applications, and experience in entertainment, media, or cable is highly desired.
