Job Description
· Oversee and direct 4–5 production supervisors within an investment casting manufacturing plant
· Lead planning, development, and implementation of methods and procedures to optimize plant operations
· Drive initiatives to minimize costs and improve labor and material usage efficiency
· Ensure consistent production performance across the 2nd shift operation
Key Requirements
· Minimum of 3 years of experience managing supervisors in a heavy manufacturing plant environment
· Bachelor's degree preferred (BAcl)
