Prior supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.Key Responsibilities: Operate Material Handling Equipment:Must be certified in the material handler position.Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Machine Operation & Quality Control:Pull, inspect, and verify products before processing.Perform machine setups according to work order specifications.Ensure products meet specifications, record measurements, and follow written work instructions.Communicate with sales representatives regarding order adjustments or clarifications.Identify, record, and segregate scrap and non-conforming materials. Maintenance & Safety:Perform equipment preventive maintenance and general cleanup.Maintain all measurement equipment in working condition.Properly operate weighing scales and record inspection measurements.Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
