In this role, you’ll handle property repairs, maintenance requests, and preventative upkeep to ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and attractive.**Key Responsibilities:*** Perform general property repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall.* Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.* Troubleshoot and resolve tenant repair requests in a timely manner.* Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.* Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.* Maintain accurate records of repairs, materials, and labor.## Qualifications* 10yrs of drywall experience* Proven experience in property maintenance, construction, or skilled trades.* Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial building systems.* Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.* Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.**Preferred:*** Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.* Previous experience in property management or facilities maintenance.**Job Requirements:*** Pre-employment background check* Pre-employment drug screen* Valid driver's license* Have and maintain a clean driving recordWe look forward to hearing from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wecareteam
