Rehabilitation Therapy Technician

Encompass Health seeks a Rehabilitation Therapy Technician to support therapists in delivering high-quality inpatient and home-based rehabilitation care. You’ll assist with patient transfers, prepare treatment areas and equipment, follow therapy plans under licensed staff direction, and document patient responses. Working in a nurturing, dynamic environment, you will help ensure safe, patient-centered therapy sessions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain infection control and safety standards while supporting patients and families throughout the rehab process.
