This model supports real-time problem-solving, stronger relationships, and the kind of precision that drives great outcomes.Job SummaryAs the Senior Product Manager for SaaS Agent Security, you will lead our mission to enable safe and secure adoption of AI capabilities offered by top SaaS vendors like Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Google, etc. You will tackle complex cybersecurity challenges, leveraging AI to deliver a simple, intuitive user experience. This role is central to shaping the future of SaaS Security by protecting the world's most critical digital assets on a market-leading, rapidly growing platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive feature development through the entire product lifecycle, from customer feedback collection and feature prioritization to writing product requirements and ensuring engineering delivery.Proactively master new AI capabilities launched by SaaS vendors and their intersection with cybersecurity.Collaborate and exchange information with cross-functional teams globally to deliver enterprise-grade, high-reliability features.Work closely with product enablement, marketing, and sales teams to evangelize products and conduct demos for partners and customers.Solve complex problems requiring cross-company alignment to deliver foundational functionality.Define and analyze metrics that measure product success, simplifying complex data to inform future decisions.Challenge the status quo by questioning existing processes to identify opportunities for innovation in product strategy and execution.Ensure alignment across teams by clearly communicating product roadmaps, dependencies, and trade-offs to all stakeholders.Qualifications Required Qualifications5+ years of product management experience in a cross-functional, enterprise environment.BSc/MS in Computer Science, another engineering/technical degree, or equivalent military experience.Demonstrated experience in building enterprise-scale, high-performing, globally available SaaS products.Preferred QualificationsExcellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders.Self-motivated with effective skills in managing multiple tasks, projects, priorities, and deadlines.Strong team player with a 'can-do' approach, excellent people skills, and a positive mentality.Proven ability to manage product planning with multiple stakeholders within large, matrixed organizations.Compensation DisclosureThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
