Position Title: Dock Worker

Wage: $20.00/Hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Hours: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM Monday - Friday

Dock Worker Responsibilities:
- Uses a forklift, material handling equipment and conveyors to unload/load shipments in a safe manner and manually repalletize incoming shipments as needed
- Responsible for being aware of and following all food safety protocols as required by Company's food safety management system, as they relate to this position
- Perform routine inspection on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to Dock Supervisor/Warehouse Manager Noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damage
- Verifying materials or merchandise against receiving documents
- Drawing samples of incoming materials for quality control
- Maintains a clean and orderly environment within the dock
- Apply internal labels on incoming shipments

Requirements For Dock Worker:
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using numbers, fractions, & decimals
- Ability to work under dynamic schedule constraints and consistently meet deliverable timelines
- Ability to move quickly and repetitively to complete production tasks
- Ability to regularly stand, stoop, and kneel; must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment (Minimum 6 months of experience
