Account Manager – Specialty (Tepezza) Territory covers: Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown, and Erie, PA. What You Will Do As a Specialty Account Manager, you will represent TEPEZZA to physicians and other health care professionals, drive product demand, coordinate field teams, and provide comprehensive account management to support regional goals. Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive business plan for the territory to exceed annual sales goals. Promote TEPEZZA within approved labeling in an ethical and compliant manner. Address access, pull‑through and reimbursement issues by coordinating with stakeholders and matrix teams. Build strong customer relationships by understanding and communicating customer needs. Consistently meet or exceed corporate sales goals. Report territory activity accurately and timely as directed by management. Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on disease state and product information. Provide feedback on the business environment, results, and changing needs to leadership. Adhere to company compliance policies including the PhRMA code. Work closely with patient services and market access teams to achieve business goals. Coordinate with field teams to support account needs. Attend medical congresses and society meetings as required. Manage promotional and operational budgets. Maximize use of approved resources to achieve territory and account level goals. Complete all required company training. Perform administrative duties accurately and timely. Act as a contributing member of a high‑performance team. Perform other tasks and responsibilities requested by the company. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Doctorate degree & 2 years of collective account management experience, sales, and commercial experience. Master’s degree & 6 years of collective account management experience, sales, and commercial experience. Bachelor’s degree & 8 years of collective account management experience, sales, and commercial experience. Associate degree & 10 years of collective account management experience, sales, and commercial experience. Preferred Qualifications Buy‑and‑bill experience with documented success and/or biologic/infusion experience. Sales experience in endocrinology, ophthalmology, or rare/specialty disease states. Experience with site‑of‑care and reimbursement. Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks. Pharma account management experience; ability to coordinate across field teams. Approximately 80% travel, including overnight and weekend commitments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Professional, proactive demeanor. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Benefits The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is $173,255 to $203,081. Actual salary will vary based on relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
