Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, continuous care for individuals and families at all life stages, from children to seniors.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Active Tennessee medical license or eligibility for licensure.
