Escalations Specialist - Customer Advocate
$20.5 per hourPrimo Brands
Primo Brands is seeking an Escalations Representative to handle sensitive customer complaints, provide resolution, and promote loyalty. You will track trends, report needed process improvements, and partner with other teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Location is Lakeland, FL with a Monday–Friday 12:00 pm–9:00 pm EST schedule. Compensation starts at $20.50+ per hour with eligible monthly bonuses and shift differentials for certain hours.
