Job Full Description Company Information: A growing fabrication shop in Franklin is hiring a 1st Shift Mechanical Technician to join their expanding team. Company is hiring immediately! The ideal candidate will Be willing to cross-train in multiple areas of the shop and assist with tasks such as deburring, cleaning parts, and other various tasks. Working with quality control equipment Reading blueprints Mechanical Technician's Pay/Benefits: $18+/HOUR (based on experience) Upon hire: Medical (Company contributes to employee HSA) Dental, Vision Quarterly Bonuses 401k Vacation/Holiday pay And more! Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available: 1st shift Monday Friday 6am-4pm, Overtime on Saturdays 6am-11am 2nd shift Monday Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am, Overtime on Friday 3pm-9pm Requirements Knowledge of CNC Mazak Mills (preferred) Strong quality mindset with experience using precision measuring tools (preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred) Commitment to timeliness, adherence to quality standards, and willingness to learn (required) Motivated individual with a desire to grow and develop new skills How to apply: Email me your resume at View email address on click.appcast.io or call me at Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm.
