ASSISTANT Residential Manager

Albany County Full‑time Description We have multiple full‑time 40‑hour Assistant Residential Manager positions available in Albany County. The Assistant Residential Manager rate of pay is $21.50 per hour. Assistant Residential Managers support and care for people with intellectual or other developmental disabilities. They assist the Residential Manager to ensure the program runs safely and effectively. Responsibilities include helping residents prepare for the day, assisting with meals, cleaning, medication administration, and participating in social and recreational activities in the community. Qualifications 18 years of age. Have a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). At least 9 months of experience working with people who have intellectual or developmental disabilities (preferred). Ability to use independent judgment and discretion to ensure employee compliance with regulatory standards, agency policies and procedures, and plans of care. What’s in it for You?
