Up to $120,000+ per year

Performance-based pay structure with a starting salary guarantee. Top performers consistently earn $120,000 and above.

SCHEDULE:

• Full-time — rotating day, evening, and weekend shifts.

• Dealership hours: Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM.

For a Sales Consultant, that means walking into work every day with vehicles customers are genuinely excited about — and a product story that's easy to tell.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers and identify their needs to recommend the right Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, FIAT or preowned vehicle.

• Conduct product presentations and test drives highlighting vehicle features, performance, and technology.

• Guide customers through financing, leasing, and warranty options clearly and transparently.

• Negotiate vehicle pricing professionally and ethically while maintaining dealership profitability.

• Develop and manage a robust customer pipeline through outbound calls, follow-ups, and referrals.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

• Stay current on Stellantis model lineup, Mopar accessories, promotions, and industry trends.

• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

• Support inventory management by tracking vehicle availability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of direct customer-facing sales experience preferred — automotive or similar fast-paced environment.

• Previous dealership experience highly desirable; motivated newcomers with strong sales backgrounds encouraged to apply.

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with CRM software and customer database systems.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

• Confidence in sales ability with a commitment to honesty and transparency.

• Valid Driver's License is required.

• Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position involves frequent movement throughout dealership facilities — indoors, outdoors, and on customer test drives. Work includes regular interaction with customers, sales management, finance, and service departments across the dealership lot and showroom.
