Responsibilities

Drive regional sales results and meet profit targets aligned with business plan
Manage and develop territory managers and clinical account specialists direct reports
Develop sales forecasts and execute tactical plans with quotas and account objectives
Build clinical proficiency and certification of regional employees
Develop customer relationship strategies and manage key account relationships

Requirements

Leadership experience managing sales teams and clinical personnel
Proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets
Experience developing sales forecasts and tactical business plans
Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
Budget management and expense oversight experience
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
