Role Expectations:

Expectations: This is not a traditional call center role, nor is it simply customer service. As a Financial Services Professional you are often the first point of contact for financial advisors who rely on you to help them serve their clients and grow their businesses.

Day-to-Day: Each day, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries from financial advisors, helping them navigate account questions, operational processes, technology tools, and service requests. Advisors are often working under tight deadlines, so responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are critical.

What your day may look like:

• Taking inbound calls from financial advisors throughout the day.

• Researching and resolving complex service issues.

• Navigating multiple systems and resources simultaneously.

• Learning and applying new financial services concepts, policies, and procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Location: Tempe, AZ

Onsite Requirement:

• 5 days on-site for the first 4-6 weeks of training (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM).

• Post-training schedules and on-site requirements will be determined by the manager.

Shifts:

• 8 hours per day – Monday-Friday

• Candidates should be available between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

• Shift assignments will be determined after training based on business and team needs.
