Shipping LeadCoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring Shipping Leads in Bolton, MA! We are looking for Lead Shippers who are reliable and detail-oriented to join our Shipping Team. These roles work collaboratively to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient shipment of goods to customers and partners.Responsibilities:Oversee daily shipping operations and coordinate workflow activities to ensure efficient order processing.Assign tasks and monitor the performance of Shipping Clerks to maintain productivity and accuracy.Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on schedule.Troubleshoot shipping issues and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Train and onboard new team members on shipping processes, procedures, and systems.Communicate effectively with other departments, including Inventory, Customer Service, and Operations, to support business needs.Assist with hands-on shipping duties and warehouse activities as needed.Desired Background/Skills:2+ years of warehouse or shipping experience required.Leadership or supervisory experience required.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Basic computer and data entry skills.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.Don't miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started!
