Compensation:

$25 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

• Collaborate with team members to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience and enhances brand visibility.

• Support the creation and distribution of email newsletters and other communication materials to keep clients informed and engaged.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

• Maintain and update the company’s website and social media channels, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.

• Assist in organizing and promoting events to strengthen community ties and brand presence.

• Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.

Qualifications:

• Experience in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace & overall tech-savvy.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, but also work independently.

• Strong analytical & organizational skills.

• Proficiency in maintaining and updating websites and social media channels with fresh, relevant content.

• Experience in organizing and promoting events to strengthen community ties and brand presence.

• Ability to liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.

• Quick learner.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills.

• Real Estate experience is a plus!
