Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Ventura County, CA. This role is ideal for a proven electrical construction professional with the ability to lead complex commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, education, municipal, and public works projects from pre‑construction through closeout. The Electrical Project Manager will play a key role in driving project profitability, client satisfaction, schedule performance, safety, and quality across high‑impact construction projects. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple electrical construction projects from pre‑construction planning through final closeout. Review contracts, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, schedules, and project requirements to support successful execution. Oversee project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, change orders, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and overall financial performance. Serve as a primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, engineers, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Coordinate manpower planning, procurement, material deliveries, field operations, inspections, testing, commissioning, and quality control. Lead project meetings, support field leadership, mentor team members, and promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 per year. Job Type: Direct Hire. Full‑time opportunity.
