This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while advancing your career in healthcare management.ResponsibilitiesProvide strong leadership and supervision to nursing staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development.Oversee patient care delivery ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and Quad A standardsCoordinate interdisciplinary collaboration across all departmentsMange staffing schedules, resource allocation, inventory management, and workflow to maintain efficient operationsMonitor clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness using EMRLead quality improvement initiatives focusing on infection control, acute pain management, and other specialized areas Facilitate patient assessments, discharge planning, and case management processes to support comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needsQualificationsValid nursing license with current registration; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's preferredExtensive experience in critical care settings such as ICU or Level 1 Trauma Centers; experience in emergency medicine or hospital medicine highly desirableProven leadership skills with supervising experience managing nursing teams in complex healthcare environmentsProficiency with EMR/EHR systems; familiarity with ICD-10/ICD-9 coding and medical documentation standardsStrong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology; ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinationsAbility to handle multiple priorities effectively in acute care settings while maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality of careJoin us to lead a dedicated team committed to delivering compassionate, innovative healthcare.
