Residential HVAC Service Technician Compensation: $32.00-$42.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM Employee Benefits Medical insurance with employer contribution Aflac supplemental insurance options Paid Time Off beginning on your first day, with increased accrual based on tenure Six paid holidays, with additional holiday benefits over time IRA retirement plan with up to a 3% company match Company-Provided Resources Company vehicle for daily job use Company-issued cell phone Trucks professionally stocked, organized, and prepared each morning NATE certification training and testing Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer training opportunities Company-provided summer and winter uniforms Professional installation equipment including torches, recovery tanks, refrigerant gauges, Hole Hawg drill, power saws, and more Tool replacement program for worn or damaged tools Performance incentive (spiff/bonus) program Key Responsibilities: Perform service, repairs, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems Complete annual system inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment cleanings Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems, airflow issues, heat pumps, and mini-split systems Troubleshoot and work safely with both low-voltage and high-voltage electrical components Communicate with customers regarding repair recommendations, system upgrades, and replacement options Support and mentor junior service technicians as needed Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience Commercial HVAC service experience is preferred EPA Universal Certification required Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities Working knowledge of HVAC system design and ductwork modifications Valid driver's license with an acceptable, insurable driving record Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
