About the Role

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of M&A and strategic advisory transactions, from initial client engagement to closing. This role involves managing transaction processes, overseeing due diligence workstreams, and maintaining high-quality execution standards. The Vice President will also be expected to develop and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, and industry participants, as well as prepare and review various financial and presentation materials. Applicants should have 5-9 years' of investment banking experience, with a preference for those with a background in media, communications, digital media, marketing services, information services, technology-enabled services, or the broader TMT sector. The role requires a professional with strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities, who can demonstrate the ability to lead multiple live transactions simultaneously. Excellent client-facing communication, relationship management skills, and a proven track record of mentoring and developing junior team members are also essential.
