Sales Coordinator

Join us on our journey of innovation and excellence in the home textiles industry. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team. You will work closely with our design and development teams to assist in the development of innovative products, while also ensuring that our current products meet the needs and demands of our clients. This position requires a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for design, textiles, and product development. Responsibilities: Work with sales executives to effectively manage account base and delivering superior customer service Monitor competitive product offerings, and develop a deep understanding of our product categories Learning and mastering internal systems to respond to general and specialized client requests Collaborate with production team with weekly follow up on the status of orders Manage small volume accounts Job Requirements: The ideal candidate should have an education background in fashion merchandising.
