Hands-on HR Generalist role supporting the entire employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment:
- Full-cycle recruiting (posting jobs, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offers)
- New-hire onboarding and orientation
- Benefits administration and open enrollment support
- Employee file maintenance and compliance (federal/state regulations)
- Payroll processing assistance (ADP Workforce Now)
- Employee relations, policy questions, leave administration
- Safety and workers' compensation support
- Employee events and recognition programs
- General HR projects and administrative tasks
