How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Serve as a dedicated patient champion, guiding individuals smoothly through their entire healthcare journey from start to finish.
• Act as the central communication bridge connecting management, physicians, insurers, and community partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Align treatment efforts across teams while actively driving quality improvement initiatives and educational programs.
• Track patient outcomes, compile key metrics, and pitch smart recommendations to continuously improve clinical processes.
• Bridge the gap for uninsured and underinsured patients by connecting them with essential follow-up care and community resources.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
  hire.
