This inpatient facility in Texas maintains the clinical infrastructure and established protocols necessary to support gastroenterology coverage. The facility is structured to ensure continuity of specialized care for the adult patient population served, with 1-2 RNs available to support clinical operations. Locum tenens gastroenterology coverage is sought beginning in October.

Coastal and cultural attractions, as well as family entertainment options, are accessible to clinicians on assignment throughout the state.

The gastroenterologist will provide inpatient gastroenterology coverage on an in-house call basis at this on-site facility in Texas, following a Monday through Friday schedule. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, structured at a 4-6 call ratio, and clinicians must maintain on-site availability throughout all designated coverage periods. Clinical responsibilities include managing inpatient gastroenterology cases in accordance with the facility's established protocols. Board certification in Gastroenterology is required for consideration.
