Home of the Innocents is seeking a Residential RN, Nurse Manager to oversee and support our Residential Treatment and Emergency Shelter nursing team. In this vital role, you’ll guide and mentor staff, ensure top-tier clinical practices, and contribute directly to the health and well-being of youth with complex emotional and behavioral needs in our Residential program. A Day in the Life The Residential RN, Nurse Manager provides direct oversight and clinical leadership to the nursing team within the Residential program. Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary treatment teams and medical providers, you’ll promote excellence in care delivery, support the health learning of our adolescents, monitor resident outcomes, and maintain compliance with state, federal, and agency standards. Your work ensures each resident receives compassionate, high-quality, and person-centered care. Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility to meet the needs of the division to include earlier or later hours, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
