The Position
Production Laborer

Job Summary

Purpose of Position:
• To provide clean-up, for production facilities. Assist Production Operator as
requested.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Clean-up of processing facilities
• General clean-up and maintenance of site around offices, plant facilities, and
adjacent properties
• Janitorial work in the plants as needed
• Dumping trash and dump hoppers around offices and buildings
• Assisting with special projects requiring general skills
• Work with and assist Production Operator as requested
• Set up chemicals in the wet plant, slurry loadout and the Ultrafine.
• Wash up at designated areas in production
• Other duties as assigned
Machines & Equipment Involved:
• Operation of pressure washers, high pressure hoses, lawn mowers, weed trimmers,
pickup truck, and various hand tools is required
Working Conditions:
• Must wear personal safety and health protection including head, eye, and footwear.
• Must be able to work in all local weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs. or more, routinely during shifts.
• Day Shift. But it requires some overtime.
Qualifications:
• Requires the ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Verbal communication skills with comprehension skills are required.
• A knowledge of working machinery is preferred but not required.
Skills Requirement:
• Work with minimal supervision (self directed) and function as a productive team
member.
• Must be able to comply with verbal and written work instructions and perform to
meet production requirements.
• Must have good listening and verbal communication skills.
