You will be looked upon by the team as a culture and professional leader who will drive the team’s competence growth and build morale.What You’ll DoAs a Senior Director, you will lead client billable engagements or multiple workstreams on large engagements. You will play a leading role in problem solving through problem structuring with growing depth in sector knowledge. You will manage a small team to gather data, executing analyses and sense checking results to drive meaningful recommendations and high-quality deliverables for our clientsYou will lead client meetings and independently manage and grow mid-level client relationships. In addition, you will build internal practice leadership in both sector knowledge, intellectual capital (e.g., white papers, point of views), business development (e.g., proposals), and office leadership.At FTI Consulting, we believe in an apprenticeship model, where you learn continuously on the job.
