Discover customer needs through connection building and effective questioning. Present product insights and solution recommendations to complete top‑down sales solutions. Close sales by communicating clearly to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions. Continuously develop skills through ongoing training in merchandising, inventory, and operational functions. Grow customer base by making outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products. Engage with the community outside the store, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events. What We're Looking for Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. One or more years of relevant experience (work or military). Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known 4 weeks in advance). Openness to take additional shifts during summer, November–December, and peak vacation periods. Even better if you have: Experience in a commission‑based environment. Proven sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Customer service experience.
