With a highly engaged workforce and a collaborative, employee-centric culture, our HR team plays a meaningful role in shaping employee experience and making an impact across the business.As an integral member of a small, impactful HR team, the HR Manager will partner closely with leaders and employees to deliver exceptional HR support, balancing strategic partnership with operational execution, leading full-cycle recruiting, advising managers on employee relations and talent matters, supporting performance management and talent planning, and benefits, wellness, and engagement initiatives.
