Client Services Coordinator

About the Role Marketing and Transactions Coordinator – Commercial Real Estate (internally called Client Services Coordinator) provides essential support to brokers and clients, handling marketing initiatives, pitch deck creation, transaction communication, and administrative processes throughout the transaction lifecycle. Responsibilities Balance multiple activities and projects for multiple team members, track action items, and manage up to completion. Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients. Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling, maintaining mailing lists, and running campaign reports. Update brokers’ recent transactions on applicable websites and client contract portals for local and regional clients. Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes, entering deal sheets, submitting completed trade record and supporting paperwork, preparing invoices, and tracking payments. Act as AI Resource Lead: develop prompt libraries, establish best practices, provide training and support, and identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency. Qualifications 1–2+ years of marketing/administrative support services experience within Commercial Real Estate. Experience and knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate. Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable using network/cloud‑based systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Compensation and Location SanFrancisco, CA (Onsite) Approximate hourly range: $32.12/hour to $38.46/hour . Pay is determined by role, level and location.
