Position Highlights:

• Join a well?established clinic with experienced physicians and strong patient demand
• Monday?Friday schedule with ~34 patient?facing hours per week
• Integrated care team, including a Health Psychologist, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a Care Coordinator

• Robust base salary with sign-on bonus
