Addiction Medicine Program Coordinator II

Corewell Health Southfield Center is seeking a healthcare professional to support Addiction Medicine within the Dependent Drug Stewardship Program. This role coordinates services across disciplines, provides education to patients and team members, and contributes to program outcomes. Ideal candidates have a related degree and relevant licensure (RN/LPN/RD/PA-C/MSW/PT/OTR/SLP/RT/ATC) with at least 2 years of related experience; licensure by Michigan state is required upon hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr Spectrum Health
