Location: Remote Position/Work from Home
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Compensation: Uncapped Commission-Based

Mortgage protection agents play a vital role in ensuring families can keep their generational homes in the family by putting life insurance policies in place with living benefits for disability, chronic, or critical illness. The purpose of mortgage protection is simple yet powerful: to provide financial security by paying off the mortgage if the main wage earner passes away or experiences a significant health event.

ResponsibilitiesIdentify client needs and recommend tailored mortgage protection solutions
Educate clients on life insurance policies with living benefits for disability, critical illness, or chronic conditions
Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided resources
Follow up with prospects to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and carrier offerings
Work independently while collaborating with a supportive, high-energy team

Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one—we provide full guidance)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently while managing your schedule effectively
Basic computer skills for CRM and client management
