As a Car Wash Supervisor at Country Club Car Wash, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. You will lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Key Responsibilities- Act as the manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager.
- Oversee daily operations of the car wash, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
- Manage employee responsibilities and provide guidance to team members.
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience and address any inquiries.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage both customer and employee interactions effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
This is a full-time position with varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
