Respiratory Therapist (RT) in Skilled Nursing Facility

Now Staffing Respiratory Therapists for Rehab Department for the 7pm-7am Shift

Flagstar Rehab RTs work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team to perform assessments, treatments, and patient/family education to maintain and/or improve respiratory function in patients.

Hourly Pay Rate: $75

Proof of Covid & Flu Vaccination will be requested

Respiratory Therapist Job Duties:

· Provide efficient evaluations to assist physician in creating or updating patient’s Plan of Care.

· Independently carry out individualized Plan of Care by performing quality therapy services, including administering medication, as ordered by physician.

· Provide emergency airway management when necessary.

Respiratory Therapists employed by Flagstar Rehab will receive:

Respiratory Therapist Requirements:

· Current NJ RT License and Registration (out of state RRT and CRT licenses allowed at this time)

· CPR Certification

· EMR Competence

· State Required Medical Documentations for work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (Physical, TB Test, MMRV Vaccine Record or Titers, Covid Vaccine Documentation)

· Valid Proof of Identity and Work Authorization

· Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
