We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant II to support daily office operations in Pelzer, South Carolina. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can manage administrative workflow, communicate professionally with internal and external contacts, and keep documentation and scheduling activities running smoothly. The role will contribute to efficient front-office support through strong coordination, accurate record handling, and dependable customer service. Responsibilities: • Manage front-desk and administrative support activities, including greeting visitors, handling incoming communications, and directing inquiries appropriately. • Coordinate calendars, arrange appointments, and assist with meeting logistics to keep schedules organized and up to date. • Prepare, scan, file, and maintain records and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Support office financial tasks by processing expense documentation, reimbursements, and accounts payable-related paperwork. • Distribute incoming mail, organize deliveries, and help track materials and office items as needed. • Maintain databases and office records by entering, updating, and verifying information in a timely manner. • Assist with travel coordination, event support, and other administrative planning tasks for team operations. • Respond to inbound and outbound calls professionally while providing courteous service and clear information. • Follow established company policies and office procedures to ensure consistent administrative support across daily activities.• Previous administrative, clerical, file management, or office support experience in a detail-focused setting. • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively by phone, email, and in person. • Proficiency with standard computer applications and data entry systems, including document management and database updates. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a busy office environment. • Experience handling documentation, correspondence, scanning, and recordkeeping with strong attention to detail. • Familiarity with scheduling, appointment coordination, and general receptionist or front-office duties. • Working knowledge of basic accounts payable processes, expense reporting, or reimbursement documentation is preferred. • Ability to follow established procedures, maintain confidentiality, and work reliably with minimal supervision.
