Regional Dialysis Operations Director

The Regional Operations Director at DaVita will oversee 7-10 dialysis centers and 200+ teammates across Houston and West Texas, based in Houston. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and ethical patient care with full P&L accountability ranging from $30M–$50M. Travel monthly to West Texas (3 days) and occasional overnight stays to visit clinics; you will partner with field management to drive growth, improve clinical outcomes, and maintain DaVita’s #J-18808-Ljbffr DaVit
