CSR- In office Sales Representative

Brief Description The Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for possible new business. Requirements Computer literate with basic to intermediate skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful Excellent communication skills, assertive, and able to provide a first-rate customer experience Must pass state licensing requirements Flexible schedule Reliable transportation Education/Training/Experience High School Diploma Previous customer service experience is helpful Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers Answer questions regarding customer policies Accept payments and process transactions Identify potential customer needs regarding their policies Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations Participate in marketing initiatives for new business development as needed Maintain a neat and clean work area and office Conduct vehicle inspections (FNOLs), including taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required) Handle bank deposits This is a full-time position Other duties as assigned Additional Information Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other Industry: Insurance Note: This job posting appears active; no indication of expiration. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fred Loya Insurance Agency
