Collision Estimator & Customer Experience Lead

Crash-Champions-Collision-Repair-Team-1

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused role to educate clients on vehicle repair processes and insurance steps, and to manage estimates through full disassembly and evaluation. You will oversee repairs, ensure quality standards, and keep customers informed throughout the process. The ideal candidate will coordinate with body technicians, review data procedures, and handle pre-close paperwork and carrier requirements, while delivering a high level of service and accuracy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
