We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our team! You will be preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for restaurant guests to enjoy.

You are passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences through good, quality food. You are able to manage multiple priorities and contribute to a friendly and productive team atmosphere. Ideally, you have your ServeSafe or Food Handlers certification.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Work efficiently with the team during busy service
• Assist with prep, inventory, and closing duties as needed
• Control and minimize waste

Qualifications:

• Capacity to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience as a restaurant cook preferred
• ServeSafe or Food Handlers certification (or must be willing to attain)
• Familiarity with general kitchen equipment and appliances
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow recipes
• Strong working knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safety and sanitation practices
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs
• Ability to work standing for 8+ hours
