VIATechnik is on a mission to lead the built environment in creating a better future, today. We are one team of over 500 digital experts around the globe. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed architects, engineers, tradespersons, researchers, and business leaders. Together, we empower clients through high-quality, high-velocity experiences that consistently improve outcomes across the design, construction, and operations of buildings and infrastructure. Our clients include Amazon, Mars Wrigley, and National Geographic, the firms shaping the world's most ambitious projects.

Lead the Future of Digital Construction - Not Just Model It

At VIATechnik's Studio X, we're redefining how buildings and infrastructure come to life through cutting-edge BIM and VDC practices. We're looking for a Senior VDC Engineer who wants more than coordination work - someone ready to lead digital delivery, influence clients, and shape how projects are built in the real world.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you'll own coordination workflows across complex projects - from early design through construction - while partnering with top-tier teams across the AEC industry.

What You'll Be Driving

• Lead multi-trade BIM coordination across major commercial and infrastructure projects
• Own client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on digital delivery strategy
• Turn complex models into real-world outcomes - improving constructability, speed, and clarity
• Elevate standards by introducing smarter workflows, automation, and AI-supported processes
• Mentor and influence teams while helping shape the future of VDC best practices

Why This Role Is a Career Move (Not Just a Job)

Make a Bigger Impact You'll directly influence how projects are built - improving coordination, reducing risk, and driving better outcomes across the construction lifecycle.

Grow Beyond Execution This role is designed for professionals ready to step into strategic leadership and client advisory, not just production work.

Work With the Best Join a remote-first team of nationally recognized VDC innovators pushing the boundaries of digital construction.

Shape What's Next From AI-assisted workflows to advanced coordination strategies, you'll help define the next generation of BIM/VDC delivery.

The Challenge

This role isn't for someone looking to just "run clashes."

You'll be expected to:

• Manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously
• Navigate ambiguity and evolving client expectations
• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
• Continuously improve workflows, not just follow them
• If you thrive in environments where you're trusted to figure things out, lead from the front, and raise the bar, you'll excel here.

Who This Is For

• This opportunity is ideal for someone who:
• Enjoys solving complex coordination and constructability challenges
• Wants to move into a more strategic, client-facing leadership role
• Takes pride in delivering high-quality, field-ready digital solutions
• Is excited about leveraging AI and automation to improve performance

Win-Win Hiring Philosophy

This is a true career move if you're ready to expand from execution into leadership - and it's a win for VIATechnik when you elevate project outcomes, strengthen client relationships, and help define the future of digital construction.
