Welder – $26–$32/hr + Shift Differential

Elkhorn, NE area | 2nd & 3rd Shift Openings

• $27–$32/hr starting pay
• +$2/hr for 3rd shift
• $175 boot stipend at hire
• Overtime available
• Contract-to-hire with strong benefits

2nd and 3rd Shift: Entry to experienced

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on steel components
• Weld in flat and horizontal positions
• Read blueprints and work orders
• Use cutting equipment (oxy/acetylene, plasma)
• Operate shop equipment and tools

• 2+ year welding experience/ trade school
• Experience with MIG / Flux-core preferred
• Ability to read measurements and blueprints
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attendance and safety mindset

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valley, NE.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
