As a Security Officer Full Time Licensed Patrol in Huntersville, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an automotive financial services location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate clearly with employees, visitors, and team members while responding to security-related concerns with professionalism. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive finance office location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verifying credentials and directing guests in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
