Position Overview As a Life Insurance Sales Consultant , you will work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage. Your role is to connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and help them find the right protection for their situation. What We’re Looking For Motivated, self-disciplined, and coachable individuals Strong communication and relationship-building skills A desire to help families and serve clients well Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Professionalism, integrity, and follow-through Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required Licensing We are open to both licensed and non-licensed individuals who are willing to become licensed. Licensing support and training are available for qualified candidates. Compensation This is a performance-based opportunity with significant income potential. Earnings vary based on production, consistency, and performance. First-year agents typically earn $45,000–$85,000, and top performers may earn $100,000+. This is a 1099, commission-only position.
